Grand Hyatt Hong Kong (ADR HK$3,268, Average occupancy 62%), Renaissance Harbourview (ADR
HK$2,062, Average occupancy 78%), Hyatt Regency TST (ADR HK$2,099, Average occupancy 89%)
and Hyatt Regency Sha Tin (ADR HK$1,332, Average occupancy 83%)
Enhancement of the Group structure – crystalising hotel value:
Formed hotel JV with ADIA: around HK$10 billion has been received by the Group after closing
adjustments and the transaction was completed in FY2015
