(e) Except for certain collaterals held as securities for other debtors, the Group does not hold other collateral as securities for
the debtors and prepayments. The maximum exposure to credit risk at the end of the reporting period is the carrying value
mentioned above.
(f) As at 30 June 2015, the amounts due from associated companies of the Group are interest free, unsecured and repayable
on demand except for an aggregate amount of HK$1,038.0 million (2014: Nil) due from an associated company which bears
interest at LIBOR plus a margin of 2.2% to 2.75% per annum.
(g) As at 30 June 2015, the amounts due from joint ventures of the Group are interest free, unsecured and repayable on
demand except for an aggregate amount of HK$30.3 million (2014: HK$30.3 million) due from a joint venture which bears
interest at 10.0% (2014: 10.0%) per annum.
