Mr. Chen Guanzhan
(Aged 56)
Appointed as an Executive Director and Joint General Manager in March
2012. Mr. Chen joined the Company as general manager in January 2011.
He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the
Company. He also acts as director of New World Group Charity Foundation
Limited and certain subsidiaries of the Group. Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor of
Science Degree from Sun Yat-Sen University in Guangzhou and a Master
of Science Degree in Environmental Chemical Engineering from South
China University of Technology in Guangzhou. He had also been a visiting
scholar to the California State University, Northridge in the U.S.A., where he
studied Public Administration. Mr. Chen had previously taught at South China
University of Technology, and held certificates as university lecturer, senior
engineer, and held offices in various departments of the Guangzhou Municipal
People’s Government. Mr. Chen has extensive experience in administration
management, corporate management and capital management with a strong
academic and practical foundation.

(Aged 58)
Appointed as a Director in November 1985. Mr. Yeung is a member of the
Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors
of the Company. He is also the chairman of King Fook Holdings Limited and
an independent non-executive director of Miramar Hotel and Investment
Company, Limited, both being listed public companies in Hong Kong.
Mr. Cha Mou-Sing,

JP (Aged 73)
Appointed as a Director in April 1989. Mr. Cha is the chairman of the Audit
Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Board of
Directors of the Company. Mr. Cha is also the chairman of HKR International
Limited and the non-executive chairman of Hanison Construction Holdings
Limited, both of them are listed public companies in Hong Kong. He is also an
independent non-executive director of Eagle Asset Management (CP) Limited
– Manager of Champion Real Estate Investment Trust which is listed on The
Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, the chairman of Mingly Corporation
and an independent non-executive director of Hong Kong International Theme
Parks Limited.
